Admission Guidelines
Keep these details and documents ready. Mandatory fields are required to start the form. Optional documents can be submitted later as per school guidelines.
Step 01
Mandatory
Please note that the following is mandatory for filling up the form.

- 02Admission to Class
- 03Date of Birth (DOB)
- 04Phone (Mobile No.)
- 05Name of the Father
- 06Name of the Mother
- 07Student's Photograph (Size below 500KB)
Step 02
Optional
If you do not have the following documents you can still fill up the form but would be required to submit these documents subsequently as per guidelines of the School.
- Student's Adhaar Card (Size below 500KB)
- Student's Birth Certificate (Size below 500KB)
- Student's Transfer Certificate (Size below 500KB)
- Student's Result of Last Examination (Size below 500KB)
