Required Documents

Keep the following documents ready. Each upload must be under 500KB (JPG, PNG, WEBP, or PDF as applicable).

• Student's Photograph (Size below 500KB)
• Student's Adhaar Card (Size below 500KB)
• Student's Birth Certificate (Size below 500KB)
• Student's Transfer Certificate (Size below 500KB)
• Student's Result of Last Examination (Size below 500KB)

Important Instructions

Please note that all fields in the form are mandatory to submit the form (except Streams Opted, which is for Class XI only).

• Ensure the email and phone number are correct for school communication.
• Upload clear, readable copies of all required documents.
• After submission, you can download and print a PDF copy of your application.
• Submitting false information may lead to cancellation of the application.
